The first collection of graded French song sheet music, CrocK’MusiC offers a clear progression from level 1 to 9, designed by piano teachers. The piano transcription by Armelle Cocheril of this iconic musette waltz has been adapted here to strike a perfect balance between the picturesque charm of the original accordion and a virtuosic pianistic writing. Initially composed for the eponymous film by Julien Duvivier released in 1951, it became, thanks to Édith Piaf, the musical symbol of Paris around the world.
