Access via gift card starts once the gift card code is redeemed.
When does the access via gift card end?
You can purchase gift cards for 3 or for 12 months. Premium access starts the day the code is redeemed, and ends automatically once that period of time is over. There is no auto-renewal.
How can I redeem a gift card?
Sign up (for free) on oktav.com as a first step. After that, redeem your gift card here.
What happens when I've reached the end of my gift card timespan?
Your OKTAV access expires automatically after the time specified on your card. If you would like to keep using OKTAV, please purchase a regular OKTAV Premium subscription, or a new gift card.
Can I use more than one gift card on my account?
Yes, absolutely. You can redeem multiple gift cards using the same account - the time will simply accumulate.
Do I have to enter a credit card to use an OKTAV gift card?
No. Just redeem your gift card code and start playing.
I have a running OKTAV Premium subscription. Can I redeem a gift card?
Yes - in that case, the gift card period starts once your current paid period ends (with a monthly subscription, that would be once the current month ends) and lasts for the time specified. Once the gift card period ends, your OKTAV Premium subscription will continue automatically.
