- How does an OKTAV subscription work?
It's simple. Just sign up, choose the OKTAV Playing or OKTAV Learning subscription, and enjoy unlimited digital access. Both plans include the full music library, OKTAV Learning also gives you access to video courses and tutorials. You won't be billed until your 7-day free trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before that for free.
- Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, OKTAV subscriptions are renewed automatically at the end of the chosen plan period.
- When will I be charged for my OKTAV subscription?
You enter your payment information after signing up for OKTAV, but you won't be charged until the end of your 7-day free trial.
- Can I switch between a monthly and yearly plan?
Yes, although only OKTAV Playing offers a monthly option. If you have a monthly OKTAV Playing subscription, you can switch at any time - your new yearly subscription will begin at the end of the month you've already paid for. If you have a yearly subscription, you can downgrade 1 month before renewal.
- How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your OKTAV subscription via your account settings at any time. After you cancel, you can continue to access OKTAV until the end of your plan period.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal or Amazon Pay.
- How do prints work?
With an OKTAV subscription you get 2 prints per month with a monthly subscription (OKTAV Playing only) or 24 prints per year with a yearly subscription (OKTAV Playing or OKTAV Learning). When the subscription is active you can buy additional prints any time at a discounted rate (you save up to 75%). The more prints you buy the more you save. These additional prints can be redeemed as long as you have an active subscription.
