- How does an OKTAV subscription work?
It's simple. Just sign up, choose the OKTAV Playing or OKTAV Learning subscription, and enjoy unlimited digital access. Both plans include the full music library, OKTAV Learning also gives you access to video courses and tutorials. You won't be billed until your 7-day free trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before that for free.
- Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, OKTAV subscriptions are renewed automatically at the end of the chosen plan period.
- When will I be charged for my OKTAV subscription?
You enter your payment information after signing up for OKTAV, but you won't be charged until the end of your 7-day free trial.
- Can I switch between a monthly and yearly plan?
Yes. If you have a monthly subscription, you can switch to a yearly plan at any time. Your yearly subscription will start once your current paid month ends. If you have a yearly subscription, you can downgrade starting one month before your next renewal.
- How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your OKTAV subscription via your account settings at any time. After you cancel, you can continue to access OKTAV until the end of your plan period.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal or Amazon Pay.
- How do prints work?
With an OKTAV subscription, you receive 2 prints per month with a monthly plan or 24 prints per year with a yearly plan. While your subscription is active, you can purchase additional prints at any time at a discounted rate and save up to 75%. The more prints you buy, the more you save. Additional prints can be redeemed for as long as your subscription remains active.
