Senior Product UX Designer (m/f/x)

About the role:

We’re looking for somebody working at the intersection of product development and best in class user experience. Besides enhancing existing solutions you manage and create product evolution and revolution with responsibilities across the entire user journey.

  • You will work closely with our developers and designers, establishing a connecting link between technology and design, to deliver outstanding products in the music space
  • You are passionate about developing new concepts and driving business development with prototypes that validate hypotheses in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • With your empathetic, people-centered mindset you help to develop and improve products based on a deep understanding of user needs and behavior
  • Establish insight into product performance, use data to drive product improvements, define KPIs and measure the success of your solutions
  • You create product requirements that are fed into the development cycle plus you are part of maintaining a backlog with a healthy balance of new features, reducing technical debt, considering maintenance and support
  • We’re looking for somebody who is excited getting across the OKTAV message: Having fun with music
About you:
  • You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design practice and product development experience. We would like to understand more about the various challenges you have faced, the approaches you have taken, and the solutions you have built.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position as UX Designer or Product Manager with web-based e-commerce platforms, or for a similar fast-paced software company.
  • Your hands-on attitude helps you to cobble together working solutions fast
  • You are proficient with diverse user research methods and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma)
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Playing an instrument is a plus

Minimum salary (38.5h, 14x) is 3,094 Euro per month including the option to earn more based on qualification and education.
